Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all payments have been made, the door code will be emailed to you and resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Check-ins and check-outs are not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Property Access

  • No check-in office. Access the cabin directly using a door code provided via email after full payment is made and resent a week before your stay.

Parking Information

  • Level parking for up to two cars is available on a gravel driveway.
  • Free parking is provided.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Maximum: 2 dogs.
  • Only dogs are allowed.
  • You will need to bring a crate.
  • Do not leave your pet(s) alone at the property unless they are kept in a kennel.
  • Please clean up after your pet(s).
  • Additional charges will apply if evidence of fleas, damage, or extra cleaning is required due to your pet.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover areas your pet uses; extra cleaning fees may apply for excess dog hair or odor.

Fees and Payments

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog, non-refundable.
  • Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged if necessary because of pets.
  • Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee allows cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Damage coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional damages to the property. Additional or intentional damages will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Fireplaces are operational from October 1st to February 28th. Fireplaces are off from March 1st to September 30th.
